Mommy Makeover: 34 year old mother of 3

MOMMY MAKEOVER: This 34 year old mother of 3, presented with Asymmetric Grade II ptosis (advanced droopiness) with the desire for larger breast. In addition, she wanted to address poor contour of her body. The patient underwent liposuction of her abdomen, hips, flanks, and inner and outer thighs. The fat from the liposuction was harvested and injected into the buttocks. 540CC of fat was transferred into each side of the buttocks. She also had a breast augmentation using high profile saline implants 350CC in the right side and 320CC in the left along with a vertical mastopexy (breast lift). The patient went from size “C” to a “DD” Cup size. Her postoperative recovery was uneventful.
